This course enables the learners to perform patient registration and services, provide patient education to promote health and wellness, support clinical care test/procedures, perform medication dispensing and billing procedures/financial assistance schemes, adhering to infection control safety practices. Learners are also able to apply legal/ethical practices and institute basic emergency responses in workplace.
